Description: Our client is seeking a Packaging Production Associate-Beauty for their New York City location. This position is responsible for preparing mechanical art, which translates designs into production-ready format, obtaining all relevant artwork approvals and releasing final artwork to vendors. Mechanical art is for various beauty packaging materials – bottles, tubes, cartons, labels, hangtags, insert cards, bellybands, gift sets, etc.

• Reports directly to Production Manager, but also should have the ability to work with various cross-functional partners: get layout approvals and/or changes from Art Director, follow up with external groups (Copy, Regulatory, etc) for outstanding materials/approvals, report back on project status at regular Creative Operations status meetings
